Role Overview
As a Lead Teacher, you are at the helm of a classroom, pioneering a balanced blend of academic structure and creative freedom. You'll be implementing advanced early childhood education methodologies, ensuring every student is nurtured and nourished intellectually and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities
Developing and executing lesson plans aligned with our curriculum.
Assessing student progress and adjusting teaching strategies accordingly.
Building strong relationships with students, parents, and staff.
CDA or higher
Associate's Degree, preferably in Early Childhood Education.
Prior childhood care experience (minimum 2 years).
Certifications: CPR, First Aid, and recognized by the Office of Child Care Services.
Role Overview
As a Preschool Teacher, you’re crafting the foundational experiences for our little learners. This role requires a mix of patience, enthusiasm, and a deep understanding of early childhood developmental stages.
Key Responsibilities
Designing and implementing interactive lesson plans.
Facilitating group activities to enhance social skills.
Regular communication with parents regarding child's growth and challenges.
Skills & CDA or higher
Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in a preschool setting.
Certified in CPR and First Aid.

As an Infant Teacher, you’re entrusted with our most tender-aged learners. Your role is pivotal in ensuring their first educational experiences are filled wāith care, comfort, and curiosity-driven activities.
Key Responsibilities
Designing age-appropriate, stimulating activities for infants.
Monitoring developmental milestones and ensuring a safe learning environment.
Collaborating with parents, updating them on daily routines, and developmental progress.
CDA or higher
Associate's Degree with a focus on infant care or related studies.
Prior experience in an infant-care setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
